Our mission at North London Yoga Studio is to make Yoga accessible to all

North London Yoga Studio is a truly special place where our experienced and caring teachers go out of their way to make you feel at ease. 

 

We recognise that everyone is different and that there is no one size fits all. We have always kept our classes small, and currently the maximum capacity is just 5 to ensure social distancing. This also ensures that you get plenty of attention and need never worry that you’re “getting it wrong.”

 

Having delivered classes at the same location for 7 years, we have become part of the community and you can be expect to be greeted with a smile and by name. Many friendships have begun and blossomed at the studio. 

  

Take a break from the hectic pace of London life in our beautiful, peaceful space, which is filled with natural light. Here you can relax, let go and find some much needed peace and calm.


Founded in 2013, the studio is run by Indira Das-Gupta, a Yoga Alliance registered Senior Teacher, who qualified over 14 years ago and has since taught thousands of people from the local area. Indira is qualified to teach Hot, Beginners, Yin, Kids, Teen and Ante natal Yoga. She is supported by her dedicated team of teachers.
